Create Niche or Targeted Searches

MLS EARTHview™ “Link Builder” allows you to create specific searches.

If you can search it, you can save it... as a hyperlink for special buttons or banners.

The only real limitation is whether or not your MLS System and/or IDX Feed provide the necessary field(s) to search.

Here’s some examples of searches you can create and save yourself:

“Search Name” -

“Subdivision Properties” -

“Lake-front Homes” -

“Golf Course Communities” -

“Northeast City Properties” -

“City Homes from $500K-$750K” -

Identifiable Search Criteria that must be available

Where “Subdivision” is the actual Subdivision Name, such as
Windmere, Bella Colina, White Rock, etc.

This DOES require the MLS to provide a “water-front” field

This is easily done by you listing the subdivisions with
golf courses

You can identify your city’s northeast Zip Codes

You specify city and price range

As you can see the options are virtually limitless. This is a wonderful way for you to identify any niche markets that you want to focus an area of your website on.
