Manage small customer service department with direct overall accountability for CS persons and all related duties associated with diverse customer base made of Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers and MLS Companies. CS Manager over sight will include the timely and effective order processing, flow, tracking, application delivery and confirmation, including various levels of support to customers. Additional duties include the over sight of the CS reps and their specific duties of: Receive and respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders, application and complaints, plus process orders and input relative data into the computer (CRM) system, for the MLS EARTHview™ application received by mail, telephone, fax, E-mail or personally from customer by performing the following duties:
