 MLS EARTHview™ is a wonderful, in-your-office,
presentation tool. Imagine sitting across the desk from your new clients—with your dual monitor setup—asking them about the specifics of the property they desire, what’s their key need? Bedrooms? Size? Location? Amenities? Neighborhood? Price? Etc. Etc. Imagine that while they’re answering your questions you were actually selecting the appropriate criteria in the MLS EARTHview™ application. Once you click search, you will get a visual list of all matching properties with the Scrolling Thumbnails. The Scrolling Thumbnails were specifically designed to visually engage the User and stimulate their first level of emotional attachment, which is “What does the property look like?” As you find the houses that are visually appealing to the customer you can open the Property Brochures for more information and possible Virtual Tours. If the client really is interested in a particular property you would select the “Map This Listing” for each property of interest. The “Map This Listing” selection is one of the strongest features of the MLS EARTHview™ IDX application. This is where you are selecting only the properties that you want to see on a map. And, even better than a map, especially for this in-your-office presentation, Google Earth. As you open these selected properties in Google Earth know that, more than likely, your clients have never seen Google Earth first hand. The power of this application will definitely arouse their senses and not only will it get them excited this will actually strengthen their trust in you. Know that with Google Earth you are—literally—virtually driving them to their properties of interest. The interactive layers allow you to show them the surrounding amenities, like schools, churches, banks, stores, restaurants, parks, sporting venues, etc. allowing them to better see and understand the environment and community associated with the property. If they were amazed by Google Earth, they may fall out of their seat when they see Google Street View. Google Street View is exactly what it says that it is. Images, from a 360o street-level perspective, that actually show you everything anyone would be able to see while driving down that specific street. It truly is unbelievably amazing! Google Street View is constantly being updated, and if you can see this message, then more likely than not, Google Street View is available in your area. What can be more powerful than establishing a strong and charismatic relationship, while both you and your clients are saving valuable time and money (especially on gas). |
