With MLS EARTHview™ flexibility is one of it’s strongest features. So when Agents ask for different ways to showcase their properties, not only is it something readily available, its also very easy to implement.

Honestly, the only real limitation is whether or not your MLS System and/or IDX Feed provide the necessary field(s) to search.

You simply tell us what properties (specifically or type) you want to showcase, and then we create hyperlink searches that deliver just those results.

Here’s some examples of what we can do for you, at NO Additional Charge:

This only requires that you be the actual Listing Agent

Where you select properties from a group of Listing Agents, such as your other team members, or your Brokerage Listings

Where you identify specific properties by the MLS Number.

Where “Subdivision” is the actual Subdivision Name, such as Windmere, Bella Colina, White Rock, etc.

This DOES require the MLS to provide a “water-front” field

You can identify your city’s northeast Zip Codes

You specify city and price range

As you can see the options are virtually limitless. If you can search it, we can save it... and then provide it to you as a hyperlink search for special website buttons and banners.
